Your Rights, Our Obligations

1.1  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 92pkr3 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). The Company operates the 92pkr3 online gaming platform at 92pkr3.net under an international online gaming license issued by a recognised regulatory authority ("Licensing Authority").

1.2  By accessing 92pkr3, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing any bet or wager, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature or service of the 92pkr3 platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are using the 92pkr3 platform for personal recreational purposes only; and
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that the Company holds a mathematical advantage over players across all games and products in the long run.

1.3  These Terms must be read in conjunction with 92pkr3's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game-Specific Rules or Bonus-Specific Terms that are published on the platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

2.1  Access to 92pkr3 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and playing for yourself, as a private individual, and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You have not been self-excluded from 92pkr3 or any other gaming platform to which the Company's self-exclusion obligations extend;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 92pkr3 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

2.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, and a date of birth. You must notify 92pkr3 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

2.3  Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 92pkr3 account. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling the Company to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

2.4  The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92pkr3 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

3.2  All transactions, bets, deposits, withdrawals, and actions carried out using your 92pkr3 account credentials — whether by you or by any other person — are deemed to be your actions and your responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

3.3  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92pkr3 support immediately at [email protected]. The Company will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

3.4  You must not allow any other person to access your 92pkr3 account or use your account to place bets on their behalf. Any such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1  All financial transactions on 92pkr3 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

4.2  Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit that funded the withdrawal amount, to the extent technically possible. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering requirement. The Company reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where required by its licensing obligations.

4.3  The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

4.4  Any funds in a 92pkr3 account that remain inactive (no login, no gameplay, no deposit, no withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per calendar month, applied to the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5.1  92pkr3 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which must be read in full before accepting any bonus.

5.2  Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 92pkr3 promotional offers:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period, after which they will be forfeited without compensation;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• The Company reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate.

5.3  The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would adversely affect players who have already activated the relevant promotion in accordance with its stated terms.

5.4  Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit promotional structures — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to complete wagering, or any other form of bonus fraud — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 92pkr3 reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit all bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant accounts.

6.1  All bets placed on 92pkr3 — whether on casino games, sports events, or any other product — are binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing your bet slip or game selection before confirming any wager.

6.2  In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during gameplay, 92pkr3 will endeavour to determine the outcome on the basis of the data recorded on our servers at the time of the malfunction. In cases where a valid result cannot be determined, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. The Company's decision in such cases is final.

6.3  For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, 92pkr3's sports betting-specific rules will apply to determine settlement. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

6.4  The Company reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any bet or market where: (a) there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption; (b) a manifest error has been made in the odds or bet terms; or (c) the integrity of the event is in question. In cases of void bets, stakes are returned in full.

6.5  Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all 92pkr3 products and are displayed within each game or market. The Company reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, including where behaviour indicates potential match-fixing involvement or systematic exploitation of errors.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkr3 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 92pkr3 platform;
• Collusion with other players or third parties for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or manipulate the 92pkr3 platform, its software, or its servers;
• Any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or using a 92pkr3 account for commercial purposes, or on behalf of or for the benefit of another person;
• Attempting to register a new account following a permanent self-exclusion or account ban.

7.2  The Company employs technical monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Company may void all associated bets, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and forfeit all balances. The Company reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

8.1  92pkr3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Company provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent closure of the account with a minimum six-month exclusion period.

8.2  Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications from 92pkr3 will be suspended. Players who wish to reactivate their account following a self-exclusion period must contact support and complete a 24-hour cooling-off period before reactivation is processed.

8.4  The Company reserves the right to implement responsible gaming interventions, including mandatory cool-off periods or account suspension, where account activity indicates signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has self-requested such measures.

9.1  All content on the 92pkr3 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 92pkr3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pkr3 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 92pkr3 platform.

9.3  Any unauthorised use of 92pkr3 intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to legal liability.

10.1  The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 92pkr3 is governed by the 92pkr3 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10.2  92pkr3 processes personal data as required to provide gaming services, comply with our licensing obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and maintain platform security. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3  You acknowledge that 92pkr3 is required by its international gaming license to retain certain account and transaction records for defined periods, even after account closure. Details of data retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr3 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, arising out of or in connection with the use of the 92pkr3 platform.

11.2  92pkr3's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3  92pkr3 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical issues, or connectivity interruptions. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions, provided reasonable steps are taken to minimise their duration and impact.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12.1  You may close your 92pkr3 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been met. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2  92pkr3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2;
• Suspicious financial activity is detected, including potential money laundering;
• The Company is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behaviour is directed at 92pkr3 staff or other players.

12.3  Where an account is suspended or closed by 92pkr3 due to a Terms violation, the Company reserves the right to retain all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to forfeit bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.

13.1  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkr3 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

13.2  In the event of any dispute relating to the settlement of bets, game outcomes, or account decisions, the records maintained on 92pkr3's servers shall constitute the primary evidence and shall be treated as authoritative in the absence of manifest error.

13.3  Players are encouraged to contact 92pkr3 customer support at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute. The Company is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism established by the Licensing Authority.

14.1  92pkr3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material and affect player rights, reasonable prior notice will be provided via email to registered players or by prominent notice on the 92pkr3 platform.

14.2  The version of the Terms that is in force at the time of each login session or transaction governs that session or transaction. Continued use of the 92pkr3 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the 92pkr3 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
